I slept for a whole night: 11pm to 7.45pm. That's the first time in nearly a week.
It would be easy to attribute my occasional insomnia to stress - goodness knows I'm having some lately - but if I track it over months, only some is directly attributable to that. Sometimes it just seems to be a thing all on its own.
By the third day without enough sleep I am feeling ragged, and looking ragged too: total strangers in cafe's have been known to come up and ask, "Are you alright? You don't look well..." which always cheers a woman up. Perhaps that's the main difference between 30 and 40.
It's just as well I never had children, eh?

And no I don't think I am a strange stalker though I'm not exactly sure who you are - but I know Hometime and she can tell you I'm really a nice person who was also recently tested for MS (during 3 mths of double vision attributed to INO)....
I'm going to add you to my friend's list - mainly 'cos we share medical issues, hope that's all right.
