Just have to skite. Wednesday nite I helped cook dinner. Using my mezzaluna, I chopped glace ginger, nuts & biscuits to make a stuffing for baked peaches. I also chopped carrots & celery with a knife. I'm still pretty cautious with my left-handed knife skills.
